I cant sleep lmfao..Y.Y
Since the quarantine season started, I've been sleeping at 3 to 4 a.m. or untill the sun rise. Can someone help me?? I really dont know how to sleep early that sometimes I spent entire hour trying to sleep at 1 but I just can't so I ended up reading some manga untill my usual sleep hour. This is getting worst since my school is about to start and I live in a boarding school and I am the oldest in my dorm. Anyway can someone also suggest how to get rid of the eyebags. I am really becoming panda soon.No, I AM a panda and trting to become a norm human back... ┗( T﹏T )┛
I’m also in this slump, for me to get out of it, instead of trying to force myself to immediately go to bed at like 12, I slowly lower my highest sleep hour.
For example if I go to sleep at three and I want to sleep at 12, I am for 2 o’clock.
Also: I have a habit of saying “I’ll go to sleep when the chapter ends”....don’t do that, the c...... reply
haha i feel you!! Usually when I really want to or when i HAVE to fall asleep early, I try to stretch out/massage my muscles a bit! I also put my phone out of reach because y'know,, we just get the urge to read If you think it'll help, try to drink tea or any warm drink!!
