I’m also in this slump, for me to get out of it, instead of trying to force myself to immediately go to bed at like 12, I slowly lower my highest sleep hour. For example if I go to sleep at three and I want to sleep at 12, I am for 2 o’clock. Also: I have a habit of saying “I’ll go to sleep when the chapter ends”....don’t do that, the c......   reply

haha i feel you!! Usually when I really want to or when i HAVE to fall asleep early, I try to stretch out/massage my muscles a bit! I also put my phone out of reach because y'know,, we just get the urge to read If you think it'll help, try to drink tea or any warm drink!! I hope these could help but yeah uuhhh these are some (theres only 2 but) me......   reply
