Should I repeat my entire medical training or look for another job?

Hi , my English is so bad but I'll try my best , it sounds absurd but I need a job advice. I'm 25 yo and I live in North Africa and I studied médecine for 07 years ( I got my degree this year) my life -dream was to work-study abroad, so when I applied for froncho-contries it said I have to do it all over again or just pass EVC ( idk how to say it in English ' équivalence) than 3 years ( interne) to get something I already have + I don't even like medical , i like surgical, I can't choose and I don't have the right to pass speciality exams so doing that I'll be miserable but I'll have a stable job without repeating med-school,. Second option is that I'll pass examen d'entrée ( enter med school examen ) so I need to study things I already forgot like math ..... Than I'll repeat all the years that I already did , so I'll get what I want but I'll be 36-37 yo which my family refused ( my family funded everything) doing that I'll be greedy and they never see a happy days or payback from me ( something I deeply fear ) . I'm deeply stressed and scared
