The only link you should click on is good old mangaupdates. It's great for keeping track of series, you can see if there's a new upload, check which group it was uploaded by, and also connect it to some manga reader apps and have your list auto update. It looks kinda old, yes, but it has never failed me and my failing memory, so I can recommend it fully.
I got it connected to m1hon (tach1yomi clone) on android with all the series I'm reading on mgg and yes it updates the tracking. even if all the sites get nuked mangaupdates won't so that's another upside I think
