Mix it up, especially lower body (core, legs, glutes), these are often forgotten or under trained.

I usually hit the gym on weekdays for upper body and leg day (I do them alternatively). On weekends, I walk around 10k+ steps for cardio. If you’re targeting a specific build, I suggest for you to have a reference** like free programs online or an instructor. They really help a lot. reply
I just jump rope for 20min then choose a random 15min full body workout routine for yt. Im not interesting in building muscle so its just cardio 1 reply

i used to go to a gym nearby but i quit bc there's no aircon (usually the temp hits 30°c but it goes over 40 in summer) and my body has temp regulation issues
i mostly work out with free weights (dumbbells and barbells) and bench at home, and occasionally go for a run or swim if i feel stressed... burpees (if i feel restless and self-destructive)...... reply
i do a 4 day split:
- upper body (pull day)
assisted pull up (or dead hang and scapular shrug, tbh just do pull up if you can)
seated cable row
lat pull-down
one hand cable pull-down
alternating hammer curl
- leg day (glute)
hip thrust
sumo squat
rdl
cable step up or bulgarian split squat (target your glute by leaning down)
