Being immortal sounds like hell
Not only will you see all of your loved ones die, but also everyone you meet. You'll live through world's atrocities and wars, and if anyone ever discovers you're immortal, they'll probably experiment with you

Rich with terminal condition full stop. I would get to spend on whatever I want as much as I can and not have the threat of getting bored because I'm gonna die soon anyway. If I were to pick the other option, I could slowly build up my fortune but I would live with the torment of never dying reply
