Change of temperature could impact people feeling

Istg around January Its so cold and suddenly I'm so depress that i go somewhere where no one could know me, but a friend of mine show up and i didn't get to talk to him because i don't really like talking and want to be alone. He so energetic when he saw me, but really i don't like it.
