Amnesia. It's so cliche now. I was reading an omegaverse one where the uke had amnesia. Honestly, I was liking it. The sex is steamy and the story wasn't bad. But then he was in a second car accident and got double amnesia and reverted back to his asshole personality because he forgot the time he had spent with the seme after the first accident.
