Roses and Champagne

anyone have read the novel? what are your thoughts and is the manhwa doing it justice or did they change or leave out some parts. like is Dimitri background every explained?
I really want to read it but if the content is the same I don't really want to bother. I feel like the manhwa left when it's starting to get good so I was wondering if there's more in the novel
