I second that. Meat is safe even if pink as long as it got to a certain temperature which is different depending on the meat. I recommend an electric one because you get results faster and don’t overcook the meat while waiting for the meter to move. You should watch some videos about where to put the thermometer depending on the cut of meat first......   1 reply
