Working 8-12 hour shifts, Under-staffed, Rejected time off request, gonna need a therapist, etc..

You work hard like a dwag and get treated like a dwag too. Saying from experience. My sister is and my mom was a nurse, the night shifts and constantly treating patients get to you eventually. reply
Mom worked as a nurse for a couple of years, had to quit. I guess it depends where in they world you are, but at least where I live, all clinics and geriatric houses she worked at were severely understaffed.
Not enough nurses so the nurse-to-patient ratio was insane. Not enough staff, full stop, so nurses got piled with tasks that were supposed to...... reply
