It genuinely fucking sucks, literally anything I try to do to help me fall asleep faster doesn't do shit. I get insomnia when I'm dealing with so much stress due to my work. I experienced not sleeping for 2-3 days. All I did was just napping for an hour or three maximum. I suppose I have insomnia (constantly waking up between 12-3 am)but I never find it a problem really. I don't take pills because I don't need to, and I don't mind being awake because I find a way to occupy myself. I also take supplements that increase insomnia, but I make sure to take them in the morning and not later to throw off my sleep cycle, I...... reply
