no, being labelled as an omega, beta or alpha is just their second gender in omegaverse. As per the first gender, biologically females are the only one who undergoes menstruation. It doesn't equate male omegas to have periods just because they are capable of giving birth. 1 reply
Depends on what the author wants to write. Usually they don't, but some authors make it so some of the heat cycle's symptoms mimic those of a period (cramps and tiredness are the ones I see mentioned more often).
Now, heat cycles are different for different animals, but I think since the omegaverse is based on wolf bullshit biology, it's less likel...... reply
No. Based on my personal opinion, I do not think omegas have periods. As there are a lot of animal characteristics in omegaverse I just think of them as the animal world logic. Yes, each and every omegaverse has different world building as per the authors intentions but there isn't a single one of them that mentions periods. There for according to ...... reply
