hot take (im sorry don't attack me pls)
TCF, ORV, SSS CSH, S-Classes that I raised, JJK, Tokyo Revengers, etc. These stories don't hype me up much at all. In fact, they're almost a little too boring for me. And I say this PERSONALLY.
I don't think I can stomach through too much jam-packed action mangas/manhwas/novels/webcomics now. Not like I used to 6 or so years ago when I was still a baby reader craving for some adrenaline.
How do you guys find it enjoyable to sit through all of those chapters just fighting, plotting, fighting, the occassional fillers, plotting again, so on and so forth?
i’ve read a lot of action stories (peep the sakamoto profile) and honestly it’s a hit or miss. a lot of times, the main issue why it becomes unenjoyable is because they have a tendency to drag out the storyline and reuse cliched tropes that makes the story fall flat like making the mc too overpowered for liking or repeating the same flow of eve...... reply
