anyone else not getting notifications?

ive seen a lot of people having issues with the list function but i haven’t heard anyone say they haven’t been getting notifications for updates and i scared im the only one not sure if the two issues are related or not but i haven’t gotten notifications for any of the comics im reading for the last three or so days despite them having been updated.
i dont think (and hope) my account is restricted since i rarely comment or ask questions. i guess this post is to also test if my account is restricted. i mean its not that big of a deal if my notifications are just a little messed up but wanted to see if anyone else was having similar issues.
