I hate my college man

Well basically recently my college refused my request to allow me to charge my electric scooty using the hostel electricity. And I just feel so bad about it. Not all the people in my hostel have their own personal vehicles. Those that do have patrol ones. My electric is old (this being the 4th year) and my father brought it all the way from our home city which is 4 hours away so I could use it to commute to my college without having to rely on autos or rikshaws. I used it for two months until I realised that I couldn't use the old socket that was using before to charge my vehicle for reasons. So I , beit as stupid as I was, told my warden about it who didn't know that I was using an electric vehicle. She actually wanted to help me first and went to the dean the dean to see if she could provide me some other way to charge my scooty but the dean refused to allow me charge using hostel electricity. I even wrote an application to him but I got no response so I just charged it the old way just less frequently. I did till one day of the visiting teacher saw my vehicle being charged and then she told the warden about it. Warden put up a notice saying that no one is allowed to use the electricity to charge their own vehicles and that if I were to be breaking the rule again she would have to take disciplinary action against me. So now I am stuck in this hot weather being forced to travel using autos and rickshaw or maybe even on foot if I am alone.
I hate this situation. My father spent so much effort bring my scooty here. I though I would use it for years thatvi would live here for. I also hate how I couldn't speak up for myself when I went to the warden to talk. I think of so many things to say but my mouth just wouldn't open. In the end I just agree with her reasoning and leave.
