Is it just me or something is wrong with notifications?

Ok so we receive notifications 2 times a day right?
Why are my notifications of some comics being delayed ? Like i got a notification of a manga that was updated 18 hours ago and of one that was updated 10 hours ago but didn't get a notification of a manga that was updated 11 hours ago?

like is it just me?
bc i didn't experience this before
