to be completely honest i think i do prefer nsfw considering I'm always at the "yaoi" and not the shounen-ai section. it probably leaves me more satisfied with the ending since i get to see them lovey dovey and see their dynamic unfolding in a different way. that being said, my top three mangas have 2 shounen-ai and only one that is explicit so i guess for me it depends on the writing/story and how the plot goes mostly. the nsfw is when i wanna turn my brain off
