It's March 31st where I live, so in celebration of International Transgender Day of Visibility, here are some recommendations for GLs that feature MtF transgender characters:
Hazumu (Kashimashi: Girl Meets Girl)
Tao (The Concept Cafe Girl Wears Love)
Leora (Mage & Demon Queen)
Makoto (The Story of a Girl Who Likes Girls, and a Girl Who Used to be a Guy)
Yu (I Favor The Villainess); OK real talk, I'm not 100% sure if she can count, because she was actually born as female, was then transformed into a male against her will with a curse and finally broke the curse and is now living as a woman again... but I like her, trans fans of this manga also think she's great representation (as far as I've seen, at least) and this manga is peak, so I added her to the list.
Feel free to comment any other mangas with either MtF or FtM characters you might know!

Can I ask if the two leads end up together or do they each have their own love interest? I had it in my list because someone said it was GL, but it doesn't have the tag though.

Can't believe I forgot about FukaBoku, that manga and Shimanami Tasogare are so fucking good with their depiction of LGBTQ+ characters and issues. When is some author going to make a peak manga like these two again, sigh.
