you should check out monster (2023) by kore-eda which has lgbt themes. his lesser-known film, air doll (2009) is a good one too; it's about this inflatable sex doll that turned into a human. though if you want something outside japanese cinema, mary is happy, mary is happy (2013) by thamrongrattanarit is one of my top faves. shunji iwai is a great ......   reply
