oooh yes ive always noticed this, and its not just only kr yaoi either. villainess this, villainess that… the return of this, the return of that… not saying there arent any good manhwas with these titles but honestly korean authors should start exploring diversity instead of chasing whats trendy/selling

idk about "so much rape" because manga doesn't have less rape, in fact I would argue it has more... it just doesn't seem that way because those titles dont get as popular as Korean rape slop manhwas do, they're just more popular in general cuz they're in color reply
the japanese or east asian masses has a strict preference for good art. if your manga has bad art, then it wouldn't sell because people want to see two beautiful guys fucking each other, and not two ugly hobos. manhwa these says, just a personal hunch of mine, are driven by the need for fast money or fame, rather than creating a quality work becaus...... 1 reply
Kind of on the same line as this, I’ve noticed with danmei all the kr novels has abysmal ratings (ofc there’s some amazing gems too) but I actually have struggled to find stuff as I only read stuff with ratings over 4.1 on novel updates.
