Need help, hair diaster

I'm in the Balkans but there is no one doing this sort of thing here, I need hair dematting salons that WILL NOT cut my hair. I'd prefer salons in Europe bcs it's easier travel vise, but all suggestions are welcome. I've tried searching on ggl but mostly the USA shows up and not gonna lie, that might not even be an option cause the hoops you gotta jump through to go there.
Basically it just so happened that someone cursed me or smth idk, because I truly have no other explanation for what happened to me other than this. I have been trying to detangle it myself with abysmal results and I am just about ready to travel just about anywhere to have this fixed. I would truly prefer it to be someone who is doing this sort of thing for content if it means lower price, I've seen ppl do this sort of thing for free even, which is I'm gonna be honest, the best possible scenario, but even if it's just options that don't do either I'm still very willing to check it out, the more options the better.
My hair is super long, extremely long, if filmed for content it will really generate buzz which is why I'm mentioning it as an option at all. I've been trying to detangle it for literally months now, since around 20th january or so on that cursed sunday it happened, the day before my last fucking exam as if things weren't cursed enough, and every fucking day since for around 9h a day sometimes longer I have been at it, and yes I am living in hell, no I will not cut it. If you can believe, it fucking happened while I was sleeping, literally have no explanation bcs nothing like it ever happened bfr, it's always been easy to comb.
