Do I think mangago can be down?

Yes. Have you seen how BAD the security system of this site is? Not to mention how recently they had a hard disk or whatever crashes? They're kinda going broke. There's barely any mods actions here it takes 2-4 days till someone can get banned and it's usually cause 10 or more people having to report via email. The "report" Button here is practically useless cause genuinely there's barely mods actually working.

Lately there's like the bad loading of the chapters and as an uploader I'm kinda concerned on why files under like 5mb is "too much file size" Somehow but this wasn't an issue 2-3 years ago. Oh and some ppl don't notice but old uploads are like losing quality, I worked in one series and I genuinely don't remember them being so blurry compared to this day. I was the cleaner, the chapters were high quality because they were bought now it's blurry than it used to be.

Why I'm saying that is because like any other things, a site can have limited data storage. Hence why so many has limited file size. It takes alooot of money to expand data storage. Idk hard to explain but imagine it like ur phone where u must buy the latest model for more gig.
