quick question guys
i tend to have a hard time falling asleep even when im not on my phone, even tried reading books but i just went and got indulged by it, and if by any chance im tired from the day and fell asleep early ill wake up 3-4 hrs and its not even 12 mn by that time so i just pass the time till 8 am, if i wake up theres no going back to sleep
i really wouldn't like to drink meds for this any counterparts for that?
Hmmm for me I tried to sleep later because I know I'll wake up 2-3 hours later so I go to sleep at 11. Also, this might not be the case for you but I had set aside a plushie since it didn't fit the aesthetic of my room and for some reason I wasn't able to sleep well for 4 days. I think you should try melatonin gummys helps a lot!! Also like calming anxiety or stress before sleep.... I do some meditation and drink something warm and I fall asleep like a baby. Good luck!! reply
