Like I’m being petty and jealous for a stupid ass reason like she’s spending all this time with this man she barely met but she’s known me for 10 years and I’m not enough for her so she decides she doesn’t want to hangout w/ me anymore and has to go find her happiness in these shallow men who obviously take advantage of you…? I guess if you’re into deadbeat men but I’m the bad guy for saying that sure…. she started canceling our plans to go hangout with this guy which pmo bad, she wanted me to meet him after she kept cancelling on me I said no and she got pissed. No it's honestly vaild, friends want the best for each other so when one of ur hgs has an ass partner it starts getting annoying, one thing I would advise is to not badmouth him in front of her, she's currently in the honeymoon phase of the relationship where she sees all his flaws as perfect and turn a blind eye to the stuff he does, so hearing you talking any shit about him will make her turn up on ya, I would say just put with him for a while it doesn't sound like anything serious considering they just met 3 weeks ago.
Also another thing, your allowed to feel jealous at any age, feelings don't have an age where you need to push them back because your too grown, its fine to get jealous, the thing you need to be cautious about is how your behaving, if you guys got that type of friendship where its okay to like talk stuff out I would recommend trying to let her know that you feel left out and miss hanging out with her.
But I wanna add that it is a normal for new couples to spend time together alot the couple first weeks because like I said its basically the honeymoon stage of the relationship, I would worry if she continues to dip on ya or stop making plans just so she could go see him cus yea atp that starts being a problem.
For now, just distance yourself and let her have some space with her bf, hang out with others (friends/or ur gf) and ignore the boyfriend, like I said this doesn't sound like a serious relationship so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
