No it's CP, the guy is literally a high schooler even in the "time skip" He's just labeled older to avoid legal issues. His uniform is of similar to middle schooler, not probably sure cus it differs from schools in Japan but it's just what i assumed based on other animes.(correct me on this uniform) reply
