Condensed milk + powdered milk, mix those two until like dough and eat it. You can have sugar for its coating, I prefer powdered sugar personally. You just made pastillas! Any sweet condensed milk flavor u like.   reply

Banana toffee bites with rice cakes. You break the rice cakes apart and add chocolate/peanut butter/homemade toffe sauce as glue than do small balls and top it with cooked banana pieces on top. You can coat them in powder sugar or in chocolate and let them cool in the fridge Steamed brownie or airfried brownie balls   reply

not an actual recipe, but you can try things like steamed custard buns, tiramisu if you can find ladyfinger biscuits near you theres also steamer friendly cakes which actually turn out much fluffier than an oven baked cake tiramisu is one of my fav no bake dishes to make but custard buns are also really tasty imo a lot of asian baking channels ......   reply

Melt 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup peanut butter, and 1/4 cup cocoa until fully combined (You can add like 2 tbsp honey for sweetness) and then mix in oats, dry chow mein noodles (like in a grocery store), or your favorite neutral cereal - scoop onto a cookie cheet or pan and freeze as cookies.   reply

if you like mint, peppermint slice is good. a whole packet of sweet plain biscuits (cookies to Americans - im Aussie), whole tin of sweetened condensed milk, and 2 peppermint crisp choc bars or similar. crush up the choc bars and bickies and mix with the milk, press into a slice tin and refrigerate.
