uh.. I have a best friend who confessed to me in 9th grade, she said that she romantically likes me. I was shocked like my heart was.. idk but yeah, I was shocked. I didn't expect her to be bisexual.
I managed to kept my composure though and asked her if she really was telling the truth, and I've seen the sincerity in her when she nodded while looking straight to my eyes.
I told her that I like her too but only as a friend, then she told me that she was not expecting that I will like her back, and she just hope that nothing will change between the two of us given that she confessed her feelings to me. And of course, I agree to that because I don't wanna lose her.
Then years went by, we remained our friendship and we kept hanging out. But her confession never left my mind and as we kept being together I feel something within me changed. I realized that grew to like her romantically too , I didn't confessed to her because I know that it was too late. I can see that she didn't like me anymore and she already has someone new (it's a man).. I still like her tho but I'm contented that we're still friends.
