How do you guys REALLY act irl?
This place is pretty open. By open, I mean, a lot of people are comfortable saying anything and reading anything. Honestly I find it cute and brave how yall are acting here. But, do you act the same irl?
I used to say that there was a big difference, but actually, there is no difference, it's just no one talks to me about the stuff I like.
So, they end up getting a really bland version of me, that actually isn't me being bland, it's them choosing to talk about shit that I don't gaf or know about. But the second they become comfortable enough to ta...... 1 reply
A huge difference per se. I love the inconsistency of my online and irl self.
It's also kinda useful to seperate myself from the personality I projected online, that way internet influence is minimal and I get to live my life more outside and the internet both in equal measure. (=・ω・=) 1 reply
i'm the same irl but i just haven't met anyone with the same taste as me for me to be myself with lol, i usually just roll with wtv the person i'm talking to is talking abt so i become bland and introverted. from where i live my tastes are usually considered interests weirdos have, would love to yap about orv, green yuri, my fav yaois and novels bu...... 2 reply

Oh except for my sis. She gets the full, unfiltered me, wheather she likes it or not (she don't) :) 1 reply

Very talkative, just because I don't have to see a face. So yeah. Oh and I'm a lot more unhinged online rather then in real life. :) 1 reply
I act the same, my friends all know my taste in stuff and what I read even though none of them are into it personally. When I was younger I hid it and was more open online, but as you get older (I'm approaching 30), you learn that life is too short to waste on people you can't be yourself with, and if you have true friends, they will accept and sup...... reply
