I was in Cuba for Hurricane Matthew, it didn't do a lot of damage in my area but I did see on tv other areas where extremely destroyed other countries too, Haiti was hit the worst. It killed 600+ people overall
Pipinos know how rough it be to get hit by a typhoon then by an earthquake + a fucking volcano erruption. Bro I'm broke from the repairs of my house from these disasters. I haven't experienced volcano eruption but my city is near one, well all that'll fall is ashes from here compared to the nearest city. 4 reply
Hurricane Sandy, but I don't remember much of it because I was 6 years old, we were also only hit partially in south New England. I do remember trick or treating after it had swept through though. Most people still didn't have power and there were many random windswept items and fallen trees. Most candy I had ever gotten though. I think in a time o...... reply
The strongest typhoon I experienced was back in 2021 I think. It hit our island on evening so we barely got any sleep cause the wind was so strong and the rain was slipping through every cracks in our house. Thank goodness we were safe, still there were hundreds of casualties. The next day felt so weird cause it was so peaceful (like the weather), ...... 1 reply
I've been through one earthquake in my life so far, it was a relatively mild one during summer of 2016 ish ?, I was about 10 years old. but i lived in a place where they rarely happen, like this one occured after i believe 50 years, so the houses aren't necessarily built for it.
