Pro tip for people who are always constipated (like I used to be): eat a shit ton of insoluble fibers and drink a lot of water. And there's stretches you can do to help your bowel movements when you are constipated. Relying on laxative pills is not good for your gut health. I honestly have chronic constipation that doesn't go away. I started eating very little and it got worse so I thought overdosing on laxatives would solve the problem ╥﹏╥ Definitely don't take laxatives (especially not more than an intended dose) if you don't eat a lot because it feels like all your organs are cramping up and it won't go away ...... reply
