By diagnosis you mean like medical right? It depends on what typa diagnosis u want (mental, physical). If you want a mental health diagnosis, go to a psychiatrist or a psychologist (some therapists can diagnose, some don’t) if you want medication than go to a psychiatrist as they are qualified to prescribe. They may refer you to a psychologist too. If you want a diagnosis for a physical illness, go to either a primary care doctor and get a referral or go straight to the specialist and describe your problems.
