I noticed angst manhwa female leads almost always fall into one of these two types. 1. The villainess reincarnate. She's smart, manipulative, and willing to control people's perceptions if it means staying alive. She'll lie, scheme, and create the perfect public image but not because she's evil, but because the world gave her no other choice.
2. The saint. She's genuinely kind and chooses to believe that fate, karma, or simple goodness will eventually set things right. She suffers endlessly, yet somehow the universe always rewards her in the end.
Obviously there are more than just these two, but these two are everywhere.
