No wait cause actually the best small thing you could do rn is staying healthy body and mind. Do the little things that makes a difference yk clean room, active body, gaining back focus, you really don't have to figure it all out at once but small difference does make an impact. If you can control the small habits then I'm sure in consistent effort...... reply
