The only bl manga that ever actually made me shed tears is Banana Fish. 10 Years I Loved You the Most is pretty sad but that's it to be honest cuz i've seen too many similar stories already. Also, if you're into beautiful sad stuff then maybe try Sufjan Stevens, Elliott Smith, The National, Death Cab for Cutie, etc
