has anyone made their own merch?

has anyone here made their own merch from any series they’ve read that doesn’t have any official merch nor a big enough fandom where there are some ppl that make it.
This doesn’t include fanart btw— I mean like handmade merch like plushies, badges, keychains, figures etc.

and if u do pls share!ヾ(☆▽☆)
