You can go to their profile. The block button should be below their bio. Blocking prevents them from directing replying to you or dm-ing you. Sadly, it does not stop them from seeing your pf or comments. They can also still respond to other people under your responses to questions. The block system is very half-assed on mgg.

I wish the block button actually worked but even if you block them they'll still see whatever you post they just can't reply to comments you make
Click on their profile, scroll down and you'll see the block button under their pfp.
