every time im very depressed the one thing that always cheers me up and groundds me is eating. i always force myself to go out to the supermarket to go grab a treat, usually for me its an oreo ice cream sandwich (idk if thats a thing in your country) something affordable that won't break the bank but a little too expensive to have every day. i usua...... reply
