Woke up seeing this

So I remember a few months ago, I woke up, went to school and one of my classmate pointed at my neck, she asked me if I slash my neck, I was very confused and looked at it through my phone and there was this like cat scratch, I don't remember scratching myself, plus it's kind of weird if it's from my hand since each line of scratch is too near, VERY near, it looks like a wound when I accidentally scratch myself on a rock or on any hard surface, hell I don't even own a cat and my dogs are nowhere near our room, it kinda looks like this, it's small cause it is, tried googling it but idk if I can trust it :/ like did I scratch myself? That's the only thing that I can think of and more reasonable to be it
