Summerween Day 20: American Psycho

Hello everybody my name is Marketplier and here I am again with another movie from the Summerween list to review.

And today we've got a bit of a funny one, the one and only classic movie featuring one of the archetypes of the "literally me" characters for lonely and mentally ill incels to larp as, the masterpiece known as American Psycho!!

I love this movie, it's genuinely so fucking peak. I kept laughing my ass of at it, Bateman is such a freaking chud I swear, I couldn't stop laughing at his corny ass, that scene where they compare business cards was peak comedy. But when he starts getting unhinged and killing people he is also terrifying as Hell. Definitely the highlight of my day today was watching this, it's a great mix of psychologically disturbing and satirically hilarious, the only nitpick I have is there was a lot of sex scenes which I didn't really like. Anyway I'd rate it a 5/5, it's seriously a spectacular movie. Also did you know there's going to be a new adaptation of the "American Psycho" novel, with some bum ass dude Austin Buttler (who even is this bro ) playing Bateman? I am NAWTTT watching that slop, and neither should you, just watch this original masterpiece instead.
