What to do if your paycheck is delayed?

Okay, my company is from the US and I'm asking this, it's a work from home job and it's been delayed for like 2-3 weeks now. My paycheck is 30k or in USD, $500 per month. I don't know what to do anymore, I've been BEGGING them to pay me. They say there's problem with the bank and transfer things. I'm using PayPal or Wise for payment btw and I never had issues before on either of them. I have two, because I'm aware PayPal has problems but Wise!? It's always been okay with that. Even Lezhin pay me just fine there.

Hey delaying 2-3 weeks of ur paycheck is extremely concerning I'm just hoping it's not a work from home employment scam. Have you tried asking on r/remotework or r/legaladvice? I'm not sure what to do exactly in ur situation but the people in those subreddits could point you in the right way, goodluck!

Honestly it's been okay before, I thought to ask here cus like is it really a problem to transfer money to another country? Like I gen don't think that cause that's what they insist but I'll try that.
