Ipad or Tablet Reco

Hello, kind humans! I'm looking for an Ipad or tablet model recommendation. I want it for the following:

Graphic designing
Digital drawing
Coding (Not the much since I will have a laptop soon anyway)
Genshin (I don't need high graphics, so long as it's smooth then it's okay)

My budget is around 300$. I'm a freshman compsci student who's planning to learn graphic designs and digital drawing. I'm considering Ipad, Samsung, or Redmi.
