the terms "cuntboy" or "boypussy" are fetishistic and derogatory terms towards FTM people. if you look closely at the names themselves, they can be considered derogatory for two main reasons:
First, they reduce the person itself to the genitals they have (CUNT-boy)
And second, it invalidates their identity and their transition by projecting onto...... 4 reply
