I feel like you have a good understanding of the facial structure. If you want to improve the first step would be to work on your line work (so that you can draw exactly what you want in one stroke instead of doing a lot of little strokes back to back) and plan what you want to draw with rough sketches
Actually really good work for a first time drawing imo. And I'm not kidding, facial expressions and giving drawn faces life is not all that easy. This homie has an actual soul. Maybe look up a few references if you wanna finish the drawing. Hairstyles and basic anatomy stuff, like where the ears and neck go. Otherwise just keep at it if you enjoy it, art's a fire way of expressing yourself.

If you’re serious about drawing, I’d recommend looking at any of George Bridgman’s anatomy books, he has sections for specifically faces and heads if you’d prefer. Don’t knock ‘em just for being old literature, they are so good for breaking down the basics in a way more helpful way than any ol’ user433769420 could ever do on TikTok.
As a personal pointer; mind the chicken scratch. Every artist starts out by making the same lines over and over until the silhouette looks like a mess. You want to learn how to be more confident in your lines, so that you’re not going over the same section too many times. Don’t fall for the modern trap that is “your mistakes are actually just your artstyle!”, because that only applies to very specific cases in which you still need to spend time refining the “mistakes” anyway, and should not be used as an excuse not to improve.
You'll probably get overwhelmed by the new amount of info and terms haha but just take it slow and watch as many times as needed. It's better to take a good amount of time to learn the very "boring" basics than skip them and get stuck later. So yeah draw as much as you can and don't care about it looking right or wrong, just draw again and again! And mostly have fun with!!
Ps: the proko channel hosts a lot of artists that focus on many different sides and types of art (digital or traditional, lighting, values, body anatomy...etc) so just look for the ones that focus on face drawing. But also check their videos in general if you're curious about art anyway.
Also checking anatomy books can be helpful, like delyn above said. you can definitely find pdfs of them for free online!
