Do your friends know that you are a manhwa reader? Especially a BL reader
Years ago I learned that one of my close friends used to read bl but I'm talking about the times BJ Alex was so popular. She said she doesn't read anymore so I said same cuz I was embarrassed. We didn't really talk about it later and we are still close friends to this day. Even my best friend doesn't know that I have a hobby like this. I just told a male friend that I like reading mangas like One Punch cuz it feels less humiliating lmao

Yes I told my friends and coworkers I’m into manga, manhwa and animes. I’m in my 40s and grew up with manga and animes. Manhwa and BL is a recent addition.

For a period of early highschool ye, then i stopped reading cause school got serious so it kinda faded...Now only my friends who also read bl remember that I do! On the topic of gen type manhwa/manga/manhua for those 'safe' genres [shoujo, action, slice of life, etc.] I'm usually the one handing out recommends or helping my friends find stuff lmao reply

When I was younger my whole friend group knew but I lost touch with the people from 6 + years ago. And actually during the site crash where everything was disabled I somehow lost interest and didn't read ANY manga/manhwa let alone BL
