Helloo I'm a first-year university student and I just moved out to my new apartment!! It's my first time living alone I'm not used to so much silence, as a result I get pretty anxious at night. This is kinda embarrassing ╥﹏╥ Have you had similar experiences?
Dw ive been living like that at uni for several years now and i still get scared at night. I had some nice roommates like 2 years ago but i had to move onto campus housing when they graduated. I ended up creating a little bedtime ritual for myself where I check my doors are locked and that there’s nothing under my bed or in the cupboard and then i dive into my bed and hug my plushie until i fall asleep lol. It’s scary being alone in an apartment. Even at my big age of 25 （/TДT)/
