Is siracha sauce supposed to taste sour? I recently bought a bottle of siracha sauce and kinda surprised how it taste sour with barely a hint of spiciness.. i thought it was a kind of super spicy sauce based on videos i saw people eating with it...
Maybe. You can look online for what you'd like. This is what I found Flying Goose offers the widest selection of sriracha varieties, recognisable by their different coloured caps:
Black cap (Blackout): For extreme heat fans Red cap: The extra-hot classic version Green cap: The original, medium-hot Light brown cap (Garlic): With 22% garlic Yellow cap (Ginger): Spicy ginger note Light green cap (Lemongrass): Exotic and fresh Purple cap (Onion): With 15% onion

Idk what brand you got, this is the one I usually buy. The garlic one is good with noodles or combined with mayonnaise as a burger sauce imo
Hmm.. maybe i should buy that one next time.. thanks for the recc btw!

Wow this is really helpful! I wish i know about this before i buy it ╥﹏╥
It depends on the variety. One of them isn't that spicy and I think has vinegar among the ingredients
Is that so.. maybe i just bought the wrong kind then( ̄∇ ̄")
