finding manhwa/webtoon

I’m looking for this manhwa that i read awhile ago but i can’t remember the title . it was set in a high school and there was a character that was the underdog and she wasn’t popular but she had to win the student council/some class pres position. she was poor and couldn’t get fancy posters but how she won was that she said that she left her speech on the window and claimed that one of the other candidates stole it, but she actually had a speech memorized. the other candidate didn’t steal it but she couldn’t stop the rumors and the girl ended up winning. pls let me know if you remember it
