Co workers
Hey-hey
So, at my job, there’s this one guy, and we have pretty much the same interests and vibes. I really wanted to be friends with him, and everything was going okay at first, but lately he’s been acting passive-aggressive toward me in front of everyone. He always says things like, “Either speak louder or don’t.”
I’m not an annoying type of person—I don’t text a lot, I don’t yap, and especially at work, I keep to myself because coworkers aren’t necessarily your friends.
So today I texted him asking, “What’s your problem?” and he just said, “You waited until the shift ended to text me that?” I asked him again, like, “Bro, what’s wrong?” and he insisted that we talk about it in the office.
Hear me out, I’m very scared of awkward situations, and I genuinely don’t remember ever saying anything offensive to him or doing anything to him in general. So I have no idea why he’s acting this way.
I don’t know, y’all—share your thoughts with me. Why do you think he’s acting like this? Thank you!
Hmm… maybe he caught feelings for you and realized you only see him as a friend/coworker? Or maybe something happened that upset him and he’s taking it out on you for the wrong reasons??
