the left side looks like its just the inside of his suit with his left leg lifted as he is pulling away like hes in disgust perhaps in one of the usual bad guy tropes ? the guy in pic def is the bad guy in that case probably or if its a good guy it could be perhaps in defensive reflex or some other similar reaction ? generally speaking i dont see the issue when its colored if there was no color here id fall for it too though
addimtedly tho its hard to see its the inside of the suit due to near same color pallete being used here for the entire outfit with Dark brown slacks and a Beige outer suit 100% i bet the artist had a hard time with the shading there ngl but i can see and verify it is not AI since there isnt any usual "Chaotic Noise" you get from AI art in the pixles and the color technique is fairly similar to a custom soft shade brush set plugin i used to use in krita when i used to do digital art of people irl but anime'ified the same ways you use to spot photoshop that is VERY unnoticeable is useable with ai art if you take the final image from the og page of love remedy *assuming it has an author provided ENG translation or raws*
you'll beable to zoom in on it in paintdotnet or krita and look at the affected area on the pixel by pixel level and see what im saying if you know any of the mentioned Methods or Techniques I did vaguely mention hopefully this helps you all ig
