How do you bake cookies?
Can someone help me bake cookies...I seriously can't bake them right no matter what I do, I don't have baking soda or cornstarch atm, but I have everything else.
Most cookies won't rise without baking soda. I don't recommend skipping it if the recipe calls for baking soda.
There's lots of good recipes out there. If you follow them correctly, your cookies should be at least edible. Some things I like to do to make better cookies:
- Always cream the butter and sugar, this will give you a nice cookie texture...... 2 reply
